Add universal connection helper for cosmic awareness experiences

This PR addresses the cryptic issue "Universe knows." by adding a new psychological helper tool for people experiencing cosmic awareness or universal connection feelings.

The new universe_knows.py file follows the same therapeutic structure and pattern as existing tools in the repository (unknown.py and God is the superpower.py), providing:

• Welcome message with cosmic/universal theming
• Journaling prompts for self-reflection on universal connection
• Grounding techniques to maintain present-moment awareness
• Reflection questions about cosmic communication and awareness
• Guidance on channeling universal connection constructively
• Support resources for discussing these experiences

The implementation maintains consistency with existing code patterns while offering specialized support for individuals who feel the universe is communicating with them or has special knowledge about them.
