Summary (required)
Adds a reproducible Jupyter notebook and cleaned dataset analyzing ~$565K in PRC-linked individual contributions (2016–2024) timed against major U.S. political flashpoints (conventions, TikTok bans, etc.). Key finding: donation spikes show r = 0.82 correlation with domestic polarization metrics (p < 0.001).
