This repo contains code for our SurfDist model. It was forked from StarDist at commit b4db0c9ab29a50f8dcae00023a9bd32bcc1b700c.

Bash scripts which were used for training on dataset Worm using UCSF's Wynton cluster are available in the wynton_scripts directory.

Code used for our spherical reconstruction experiment is available in the experiments/sphere directory.

All trained models whose results we reported are available in the separate SurfDist_Models repo.
