Do you really want to commit binary files in a Git repo? 😁

Ah, I see. The issue is versioning binary files, right? Wasn't aware of that.
We encountered problems with downloading the files from the server during the CI. Perhaps we could include the .zarr files in the repository, or do you have an alternative suggestion how to handle this?

Yeah you cannot see a "diff" on binary files in git. If this is a temporary fix, then I'd keep the "download" script in the repository and maybe at some point switch back to downloading from some more stable server.

Thanks again for pointing out the issue with the binary files!
I would say we'll keep it as a temporary solution and as soon as the new server is online we can migrate the testdata there. What do you think @apapapostolou ?

The problem was due to the firewall of our server and has been fixed.
