Summary

  • move delete and bulk delete logic into snuba/lw_deletions
  • update tests to use lw_deletions namespace
  • functionality should be totally unchanged

Next steps

  • remove the actual delete endpoint in snuba/web/views.py, search_issues pushes messages directly to Kafka and EAP uses the EndpointDeleteTraceItems
