This project objective is to create an optimizer for Flow problems, in particular Multi Commodity Flow optimization problems. Actually to make it work it is necessary to unpack the contents of CoinMPAddrow.zip and put the files CoinMP.dll, if working on windows, and libCoinMP.so, if working in linux, in the debug/release folder of the project.
