- Forgot to remove `EBInitHandler` after inlining `processConstructorExitBlock` into `summarizeConstructorExitBlock` - Some of the unused arguments can be removed, from EvidenceCollector now that it is no longer used by `NullabilityBehaviorVisitor`, and only used by `SummaryEvidenceCollector` now.
