notes to self when returning to work:

• OpenFHE doesn't set the parameters in configure crypto context, which makes bootstrap fail. Not clear how to set them, but adding an extra set of flags seems like a bad deal. Mabye parse a text file.
• Even when manually setting some params (firstModSize, scalingModSize) then the results decrypt incorrectly. I wanted to get the debug helper to assist in debugging this, then hit the above issue. Didn't feel like manually extracting the debug-helper version of the code to the benchmark, but maybe that's what I'll do monday.
• Bootstrap is quite slow, overall program takes about 12 minutes and runs three bootstraps.
