It seems
ghc-primwas needed forGHC.Genericsinbase-4.5(I'm not 100% certain though, there is no version ofghc-primwithGHC.Genericson Hackage), so I bumpedbaseto>= 4.6. Also get rid of#if __GLASGOW_HASKELL__ >= 701, since the minimum supported GHC version is 7.6 (after this change).
