Removed maxRetries setting from execute_jobs process. This will override the maxRetries value set in the nextflow_wrapper.py script, so it needs to be removed.

Removed maxRetries setting from execute_jobs process. This will override the maxRetries value set in the nextflow_wrapper.py script, so it needs to be removed. I have tested removing this line on my side.
