Remove dataprotector-sharing functionality from the SDK package without breaking changes.

This includes removing all sharing-related code, types, tests, ABIs, and configurations. The ERC734 whitelist contract support remains in core as it's used by core functionality (processProtectedData and grantAccess).

Also removes the sharing-smart-contract package and associated GitHub Actions workflows.
