This PR introduces full Korean language support to make the app accessible to Korean users.

Added Korean Locales: All necessary ko translation files have been added.
Updated UI: The language selector in the navbar now includes "Korean" (한국어).
Improved Phrasing: Refined key phrases for a more natural feel in Korean.
