Attempt to implement #264.
There are major improvements to be made - see #270 and also the TODOs within HDF5 proxy for getitem, since ideally one should (if the hdf5 file was compressed with blosc2) access chunks via blosc2 and not decompress and then recompress before sending file/slice over the network.
