[DRAFT] Feature/add non-steam games to Steam

Do not merge. This is a prototype for #2268

• Add Preferences option Add games to Steam automatically
• After install, downloads images and adds to shortcuts to Steam Desktop Client and Steam OS
• After uninstall, removes images and removes shortcuts to Steam Desktop Client and Steam OS
• Steam client has to be restarted to see the changes

FYI I am not affiliated with this project, just trying to help out. I created this PR as a prototype to prove it is possible to load Itch games in Steam. It is missing proper handling of different executable paths depending on OS and compatibility so it is not production-ready.

Someone else is working on an Itch integration for Heroic Games Launcher. Heroic supports other stores and already has Steam integration. I prefer to contribute to that effort as it is a good all-in-one solution. Leaving this PR here if the author wants to consider this feature in the future.

Yeah I understand, I'm not trying to imply this is something on you personally. Just a feature request with a solution present for I've been waiting on for 6 years hurts to read is all. I appreciate you though.
