The idea of this code is to monitor various switches to see if any are on. If they are it will turn on the control switches. If all monitor switches are off then and only then will it switch of the control switches.
Why?
Because I have separate Under floor heating and Radiator systems I needed to control the boiler enable switch a bit more intelligently. So I use this code to monitor the Radiator valves and UFH valves, if either are on it turns on the boiler. The key thing being it only turns of the boiler enable if all the valves are off.
