I updated Maven plugins so we can try to build the project with JDK11.
I checked generated JavaDocs and they are almost the same as was generated previously.
Also I updated JUnit and easymock: tests are fine.
So the change is safe because it doesn't affects API and ABI but makes it possible to build the project with JDK11
