GENETIS Ara Loop (Python edition)

Purpose

Using this loop as testing grounds to do the following:

• Simplify and update the GENETIS GA loop to a more standard state
• Update to newer version of python (just because I want to test this)
• Add in linting, testing, etc.
• Need random number generator seeds for all RNG..

Probably some other stuff too

Install

conda env create -f environment.yml

conda activate genetis_env

Run

conda activate genetis_env

./ara_loop.sh run_name
