About me

I am a postdoctoral researcher in computational modeling of bacterial populations in the Microbial Pangenomes Lab at the TWINCORE - Center for Experimental and Clinical Infection Research, a joint venture between the Hannover Medical School (MHH) and the Helmholtz Center for Infection Research (HZI) in Germany.

  • ⚡ My research interests are: microbiology bioinformatics antimicrobial resistance genomic epidemiology between-host transmission within-host evolution

  • 🌱 I am currently learning: temporal graph networks german language

  • 😄 Some of my hobbies are: roller hockey tennis hiking and now I am getting into running
