I just barely ported to RW 1.1: updated for .Net 4.7.2, switched some XML tags around, added the required info on about.xml, replaced the harmony library by a dependency on the Harmony mod and fixed a couple of errors on the code. You're free to use what I did if you let me grab some pieces of your code for a new mod of mine ;-)
