  • Select highest active LTS via jq max_by(channel-version)
  • Use channel releases.json to resolve runtime.files URLs
  • Fix PowerShell major parsing and asset name matching
  • Added inline comment documenting jq selection

- Use jq max_by on channel-version to pick highest active LTS (handles 8.0 vs 10.0)
- Read matching releases.json and runtime.files for exact URLs
- Compute PowerShell major via dot split; match assets by exact name
