fix task name, filter suspendable/resumable tasks, add ssl verify option

Hi,

Thanks for a great solution for handling my lengthy hyper backup tasks.

This PR contains 2 fixes and 1 new feature:

Fix 1:

Field 'task_name' was changed to 'name' in Synology API. Fix reflects that change.

Fix 2:

When having multiple tasks, resuming and later suspending a completed task results in the tasks state rendered as failure. I therefore implemented a filter in cron methods to filter, to resume only suspended tasks and to suspend only running task.

Feature 1:

Added option to skip SSL verify to cover the use-case case of accessing the DSM by local ip address and having HTTP->HTTPS redirect enabled.

If you would be so kind to rebuild the docker image with the changes above, i would be extremely grateful.
