We should never have tests that depend on the ordering to have state. The most brutal way to identify this, is to randomise the tests ordering. Thus we can identify and fix them.

ordering. Thus we can identify and fix them.
We only care the ordering of setup and teardowns, not the ordering
of the tests themselves.
