Refactor: Shipment Details Page Migration to Shadcn + Tailwind (WIP)
Summary
This PR migrates the Shipment Details page from Bulma to Shadcn + Tailwind.
Wherever Bulma components were still in use, new equivalent Shadcn components will be created and integrated.
