it probably makes more sense to have a conformance-kops dashboard, that will have a lot more to do with if conformance works than the cloud provider used. ec2 and GCE here are generally bad shorthands for specific tools

We already have this board that tracks kops conformance jobs. https://testgrid.k8s.io/kops-conformance. These jobs run on cloud X and arch Y so we want to link them to their respective conformance boards too.
