This PR updates the Hugo configuration file to prepare the Kubernetes documentation website for the v1.35 release. The changes follow the standard release process by promoting v1.35 to the latest version, archiving v1.34, and updating patch versions for supported releases.

Key changes:

• Promotes v1.35 as the new latest version and moves v1.34 to archived status
• Updates patch versions for maintained releases (v1.33.4→v1.33.6, v1.34.0→v1.34.2, v1.32.8→v1.32.10, v1.31.12→v1.31.14)
• Removes v1.30 from the supported versions list to maintain the standard 5-version support window
