close #61

  1. bump pylance to 1.0.0 and lance-namespace dependency to 0.3.2, update uv lock
  2. Since lance 0.40+ changed the create_scalar_index parameter from "fragment_uuid" to "index_uuid", update the interface correspondingly to adapt pylance 1.0.0.
