If SimpleDateFormatter is used, an error occurs if a string other than y, M, d, H, m, s is included.
This Pull Request changes the formatter method to use
{DAY}like infoWorldTimeFormatted, and if a string is included, it is output with the string included.(The commit was copied because I mistakenly typed out the commit message)
