Feature request: Add simple download HTML page

My pocketbook has troubles displaying the table of files in the bottom of the usual page. This simple download page should work on any device. Its ugly but functional. Should be available through '/assets/simple-download.html' according to current routing setup

To route to the HTML file, we need to update the routing logic. see here for / logic

Technically, it can be currently used with /assets/simple-download.html but then its not under the auth block,so when user set a auth password the page will not call the api.
