Minor update

Minor tweak to reduce stuttering of display -> clock now samples temperature every 5 minutes instead of 5 seconds.

Initial release

As-shipped code on the ESPixelClock.

Note: since I created this release after updating repo, source code zip actually reflects v1.1 code.
