Initial release of the MICRORACK Specification.

This release establishes the technical standards for the MICRORACK modular synthesizer platform, including:

• Mechanical specifications for module dimensions and mounting
• Electrical specifications for power distribution and signal routing
• Licensing under CERN Open Hardware Licence (CERN-OHL-W)
