Reverting the repository to the state from commit c9c7b02 (fix: disable fn for removing extra events).

This will revert 3 commits:

• f93186c Initial plan
• 8d921b9 fix: restart schedule job after backend restore
• 09ef0ef chore: fix function for removing extra events

Changes to be reverted:

• Revert changes to src/core/constants/health.ts - remove IS_UPDATE_IN_PROGRESS_KEY and UPDATE_STATUS constants
• Revert changes to src/core/utils/db.ts - remove isScheduleUpdating function
• Revert changes to src/index.ts - remove check for isScheduleUpdating
• Revert changes to src/modules/events/processors/EventsProcessor.ts - revert removeExtraEvents implementation
• Revert changes to src/modules/schedule/jobs/postman.ts - remove update status tracking and re-comment removeExtraEvents call

Steps:

• Fetch full git history
• Identify files that need to be reverted
• Revert changes in each file to match commit c9c7b02 state
• Verify the changes match the target commit
• Complete the revert
