The code exports three MATLAB variables: Config, Data, Results.

Columns:
- Variable number of columns showing whether mitigation measure is used. The number of columns is equal to the number of mitigation measures.
- Project completion time for optimal mitigation strategy
- Cost associated for optimal mitigation strategy

- Cost associated for all-measure mitigation strategy
