refactor: new frames.js

This is failing, not sure why but something broke in dependencies and the extension doesn't work but it compiles.

TODO:

• - parcel seems to be outputting incorrect code if I import non root path from @frames.js/render e.g. @frames.js/render/identity/farcaster.
