Slit Scan Photography Tool
This tool converts a video file into an image by grabbing one row or column from each frame.
The syntax looks like this:
./slit_scan video.mp4 out.jpg 400 1
This will use a horizontal slit at 400 pixels offset from the top left. Have fun!
