Building intelligent automation solutions for businesses | Pioneering LLM-first development methodology | Turning complex problems into elegant Telegram bots
I run a development agency specializing in AI-powered Telegram bots and automation systems. We've cracked the code on using LLMs to accelerate development 5-10x while maintaining production-quality results.
Our sweet spot:
- ๐ค Telegram bots for e-commerce
- ๐ฆ Logistics automation & warehouse management
- ๐ง RAG systems for enterprise knowledge bases
- ๐ Crypto mini-apps & Web3 integrations
What makes us different: We build prototypes in days, not weeks. Our documentation-driven LLM workflow lets us deliver MVPs so fast clients think it's magic.
I pioneered a LLM-first approach that fundamentally changed how we build software:
The system:
- Documentation as Foundation โ Every feature starts with detailed markdown specs that serve as LLM context
- Test-Driven Development โ LLMs generate comprehensive test suites before implementation
- Role-Based LLM Agents โ Separate "agents" for architecture, API dev, testing, documentation
- Iterative Validation โ Continuous sync between docs and code (docs = source of truth)
Results:
- โก 5-10x faster time-to-prototype
- ๐ฏ Higher quality through systematic testing
- ๐ Scalable team โ junior devs become 10x more productive
- ๐ฐ Better margins โ same quality, fraction of the time

- ๐ 6.75x revenue growth in 18 months
- โก 3-day prototypes (what normally takes 3 weeks)
- ๐ผ 2-3 concurrent projects with a lean team
- ๐ฏ Average project value: 3000 $
- ๐ฅ Team size: 2-3 junior developers (trained in LLM-first methodology)
Building an AI-powered agency ecosystem:
- ๐ LeadHunter Bot โ Automated lead generation & qualification from Telegram channels
- ๐ TeamFlow Bot โ Project management & task automation for dev teams
- ๐ GrowthTracker Bot โ Content generation & business analytics
The goal: Create the first fully LLM-native agency where AI handles everything from sales to delivery.
Background:
- Started as logistics analyst at a transportation company
- Taught myself Python & bot development
- Transitioned to freelancing (initially took a 50% income cut)
- Built methodology around LLM-assisted development
- Scaled from solo freelancer to small agency in 2 years
Philosophy: I believe the future belongs to developers who embrace AI, not resist it. The real skill isn't writing every line of code โ it's architecting systems, understanding business problems, and orchestrating LLMs to execute your vision at superhuman speed.
"Real developers don't use AI" โ I hear this all the time from traditionalists.
Here's my take: Real developers solve problems efficiently.
If I can deliver a production-quality bot in 3 days using LLMs vs. 3 weeks writing everything by hand, I'm not "cheating" โ I'm being strategic. The client gets their solution faster, cheaper, and I free up time to take on more projects or think strategically.
The developers who resist AI are the same ones who resisted IDEs, Stack Overflow, and autocomplete. Tools evolve. Adapt or get left behind.

"The best code is the code you don't have to write. LLMs aren't replacing developers โ they're replacing the boring parts of development."
"Documentation-first isn't just good practice โ it's the foundation for AI-assisted development. If a human can't understand your spec, neither can an LLM."
"Agencies that don't adopt AI by 2026 will be competing on price alone. Those who master LLMs will compete on speed and quality."
