* Add order data provider for controlled data fetch and bot validation hook * Fix isFiatOrder helper function to return always boolean * add isFiat prop to the order redux state on response
* order state triggered with order/POST now provides isFiat
* hook up Order data provider * remove fetching intervals * replace fetching to data provider
* use props instead of calculating isFiat
* add validation fallback on fiat payment error
