• Updates the live view client loading component to match Kernel's theme
• Enables audio (if available) on first user action (ie. user clicks on the session), which unmutes the webrtc sound for when audio is made available later [to deal with autoplay no audio policy] (also see Audio Support (v1) #51 ). does not affect if no audio available.
