This PR implements the revised version of [DN 11](https://www.notion.so/DN-11-Supported-network-topologies-in-FRAME-machines-2864e612c78a80619450da67068bba34?source=copy_link) and [DN 32](https://www.notion.so/DN-32-Static-allocation-of-Wi-Fi-modes-for-Wi-Fi-interfaces-in-ImSwitch-OS-2964e612c78a8093914dc0b7b73c7d3d?source=copy_link), by: - Reserving wlan0 for making a Wi-Fi hotspot, by default - Reserving wlan1 for connecting to an external Wi-Fi network, by default - Bumping device-admin to a new version integrating openUC2/device-admin#25 , which provides a GUI implementing these default behaviors.

As part of openUC2/rpi-imswitch-os#95 , this PR modifies the simplified Internet Access page to assume that wlan0 is always reserved for making a Wi-Fi hotspot and wlan1 is always reserved for connecting to an external Wi-Fi network.
