…(ENG-2073) Phase 1 & 2 Complete: - Foundation: providers, variables, outputs, backend config - AWS modules: network, compute, messaging, storage, IAM - Multi-region: 4 AWS regions (us-east-1, us-west-2, eu-west-1, ap-southeast-1) - Scale multiplier: 1x=100, 10x=1000, 100x=10000 resources - GitHub Actions workflow for plan/apply/destroy - Overmind integration for blast radius analysis Resources per region (x1 multiplier): - VPC with public/private subnets - Security groups with relationship density - EC2 instances (stopped for cost savings) - Lambda functions with cross-service IAM - SQS queues and SNS topics with subscriptions - S3 buckets and SSM parameters GCP modules to follow in Phase 3.
