This file was generated on the 6Species_23Rxn_Juan branch. Replacing original b/c it had the full period (rather than just the solution from the Newton shooting step), and the solution differ isn't configured to handle that.

This PR represents an intermediate state along the path to merging the 8 species model (on the
argon-8species-juanbranch, developed by @jpb3698) and the CR model support (on thecr-model-couplingbranch, developed by @malamast).The changes here include upgraded support for reaction rate coefficient interpolation, e.g., as computed from an offline electron Boltzmann equation solver such as Bolsig+ and a number of different variants of the chemical mechanism.
