Go 1.24, fix ini, json parser

Changes

• Update to go 1.24 as the archive module needs this for the latest version
• Update some packages, all minor releases
• Fix the json parser ordering the keys alphabetically and not respecting the type, for example a port 7777 (int) would become "7777" (string)
• Change in the ini parser that all = are not moved to all be on the same indent as this would look real strange in longer key names
• working on fixing yaml but currently real broken
