All peppy documentation has been migrated to the centralized pepspec repository at https://github.com/pepkit/pepspec. Changes: - Removed all documentation files from docs/ directory - Removed docs_jupyter/ directory with Jupyter notebooks - Removed mkdocs.yml and update_docs.sh build scripts - Updated docs/README.md to point to new documentation location - Updated main README.md to reference pep.databio.org/peppy - Updated changelog with migration notice Documentation is now maintained at: https://pep.databio.org/peppy/
