Enables the retention of the original accession in the mimic output if desired. The purpose of this is to use the paired method false discovery proportion outlined in this manuscript https://www.nature.com/articles/s41592-025-02719-x.

The second option added allows the user to retain N terminal residues. This will be useful for generating top-down entrapment databases.
