Renesas and Xicor datasheet says that when U/D is high wiper goes up (near to VH) and when U/D is low wiper goes down (near to VL)

Intersil / Renesas and Xicor datasheet says that when U/D is high wiper goes up (near to VH) and when U/D is low wiper goes down (near to VL).
I tested fix with X9C103S module from Aliexpress and this fix helps (without it in provided self containing example pot wiper moves in opposite direction).
