Add script to generate student version

Automating the notebook generation (alternative for #14)

Instructions (that I still have to put somewhere or automate):

• install pip install git+https://github.com/jorisvandenbossche/nbtutor.git
• from scripts directory, run ./convert_notebooks.sh <edition> (with edition being eg "2025")
  • this will make clean clones, generate the materials, and put everything in a new directory next to course-python-geospatial
• Verify and push the result (see instructions on the screen)
