I backported the input method input support of iced 14.0 to pop-os's iced fork.
I know the COSMIC team will rebase libcosmic to the iced 14.0 soon. So I don't expect this PR will be merged.
I open this PR as a base to my another PR to COSMIC specific part of pop-os's iced fork which I will open.
