Introduces a new private method `_generate_data` to separate data generation from translation logic. The `data` method now accepts an optional `language` argument to perform translations when provided. This refactoring improves code organization and prepares for internationalization of equipment data.
Add the translation for the string "Binoculars" to the Spanish, Polish, and Portuguese localization files. This ensures the UI accurately reflects the item name in these languages.
