Identified an N+1 I/O performance bottleneck in DownloadQueue where adding multiple items triggered a full JSON file write for each item. Implemented a add_batch method to persist changes only once per batch. This significantly reduces UI freezing when pasting large lists of URLs. Verified with benchmarks showing a ~50x improvement for a batch of 50 items.

- Added `add_batch` method to `DownloadQueue` to perform single-write persistence for multiple items.
- Updated `HomePage.start_download` to utilize `add_batch` instead of iterating with `add`.
- Achieved ~50x speedup for adding 50 items to a large queue (benchmarked).
- Added `test_add_batch` unit test.
