Implemented requested features from the roadmap:

  1. Bandwidth Throttling: Users can now set a bandwidth limit (KB/s) in settings.
  2. File Size Filter: Users can filter downloads by minimum and maximum file size.
  3. Date Range Filter: Users can filter downloads by post date range.

These changes were applied to the core Downloader class used for Coomer/Kemono downloads and integrated into the main UI settings logic.

- Implemented file size filtering (min/max) in `process_media_element`.
- Implemented date range filtering in `download_media`.
- Updated `app/ui.py` to correctly extract and pass these settings from the nested configuration structure.
- Created unit tests in `tests/test_downloader_features.py` verifying these features.
