Add optional filtering of platform sequences by alert_api_id. The CLI now accepts
--sequence-listas a comma/whitespace-separated list or a text file path, parses it, and passes the selection into fetch_all_sequences_within, which filters sequences and logs how many were skipped/kept before fetching detections
